Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Voqerixa platform and website operated by Voqerixa d.o.o. ("Voqerixa", "we", "us" or "our"). By submitting an access request or using the platform, you agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Voqerixa platform.
1. About the Platform
Voqerixa is an AI and digital platform that provides users with structured data analysis tools, automated insights and digital workspace functionality. The platform is intended for users who require organised information processing and workflow support.
Voqerixa does not provide financial, medical, legal or regulated advice of any kind. All insights and outputs generated by the platform are informational and structured in nature, and do not constitute professional recommendations.
2. Access
Access to the Voqerixa platform is granted on a request basis. Voqerixa reserves the right to approve or decline access requests at its discretion. Access credentials are personal and must not be shared with third parties.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Voqerixa platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its systems.
- Submit false, misleading or harmful data through the platform interface.
- Interfere with the operation of the platform or its infrastructure.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or replicate any aspect of the platform.
- Use the platform for any purpose other than lawful information processing and analysis.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, interface elements, branding and technology associated with the Voqerixa platform are the property of Voqerixa d.o.o. and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
5. Data Submitted by Users
Data that you submit through the platform for analysis remains your property. By submitting data, you grant Voqerixa a limited licence to process that data for the purpose of generating the requested outputs and operating the platform. Voqerixa will handle submitted data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6. Platform Availability
Voqerixa aims to maintain consistent platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide notice of planned maintenance where possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Voqerixa d.o.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.
8. Termination
Voqerixa reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at its discretion. You may request termination of your access at any time by contacting [email protected].
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zagreb, Croatia.
10. Changes to These Terms
Voqerixa may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
